<\/h1>\n<\/h1>\nIn the immediate vicinity of the D\u00fcsseldorf S-Bahn station Am Wehrhahn in the city centre, a total of 450 flats with 220 underground parking spaces are currently being built on an area of approx. 18,350 m\u00b2. A pollutant register and a deconstruction and disposal concept for the former buildings on the Worringer Stra\u00dfe \/ Gerresheimer Stra\u00dfe site were already prepared in 2018 by Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft. On the basis of this concept and the tender based on it, the former buildings were demolished in the same year.<\/p>\n
This was followed by the preparation of the tender for the construction excavation and the expert monitoring during the execution. To ensure proper recycling and disposal, the staff of the D\u00fcsseldorf branch worked closely with the client, VIVAWEST, and the responsible authorities to develop a concept for sampling the excavated material and coordinated the necessary excavation and the professional installation of delivered material with the specialist company carrying out the work.<\/p>\n
The excavation pit was completed in summer 2020. At present, the building construction is progressing rapidly. Even after completion of the excavation, Mull und Partner Ingenieursgesellschaft is of course available to the client for any questions that may arise during the further construction process.<\/p>\n
