Sometimes you should have studied psychology rather than civil engineering.<\/p>\n What motivates you to enjoy going to work every day?<\/strong><\/p>\n \"My dear colleagues of course and the daily changing challenges.\"<\/p>\n Why does our slogan \"Engineering for a Better Tomorrow\" fit with what you do at M&P?<\/strong><\/p>\n \"Since I have been involved in renovation, conversion, maintenance and revitalisation since the beginning of my work at T&P, we make one of the biggest contributions to saving (grey) energy. The long-term use of buildings reduces the primary energy demand many times over compared to a new building.
