<\/h1>\n<\/h1>\nTEAM-THURSDAY: Our new trainees in the fields of environment, soil and geotechnics have been with us for two months and are already a permanent part of our teams in Munich, Berlin and Osnabr\u00fcck.<\/p>\n
When they started, we asked them what they expected from the trainee programme. Madalena wanted the following: \"I hope to get to know different teams, different tasks and subject areas and thus gain an improved insight into the connections between these areas and the job profile as a whole\". Johannes would like to \"get to know the different subject areas and ways of working as well as a colourful variety of external companies\".<\/p>\n
Nele, who is employed in the Soil Division, has applied for the trainee programme at the\u00a0M&P Group<\/a>\u00a0for the following reason: \"I think that the trainee programme is the perfect transition between studies and professional life, as you are already entering professional life, but there is still a focus on expanding your knowledge and gaining experience.\" We think so too!
