Since 2020, Mull und Partner has accompanied the planned Redevelopment<\/a> and the subsequent\u00a0Deconstruction<\/a>\u00a0of the former state laboratory in a prominent location directly at the capital's main railway station.<\/span><\/p>\n

Last year, a detailed building survey with comprehensive sampling and updating of the pollutant register was carried out with motivation for the deconstruction. After numerous consultations with public agencies, neighbours and authorities, as well as a detailed remediation and deconstruction concept, the invitation to tender was issued for the following trades Pollutant clean-up<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the start of the Pollutant clean-up<\/a> From October 2021, Mull und Partner will also act as the local\u00a0Construction supervision<\/a> including\u00a0Waste management<\/a>\u00a0active.<\/span><\/p>\n
