{"id":22391,"date":"2023-09-28T10:03:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-28T10:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.mup-group.com\/?p=22391"},"modified":"2023-11-04T15:21:09","modified_gmt":"2023-11-04T15:21:09","slug":"nrw-kippt-tausend-meter-regel-fuer-windkraftanlagen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old.mup-group.com\/en\/nrw-overturns-thousand-metre-rule-for-wind-turbines\/","title":{"rendered":"NRW overturns thousand-metre rule for wind turbines"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The minimum distance between wind turbines and residential areas in Germany is not uniformly regulated by the federal government but by the individual federal states, so that there are a large number of different regulations.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>In about half of the L\u00e4nder regulations, recourse is made to the blanket thousand-metre rule, whereby wind turbines may not be located closer than 1000 metres to a (general\/ pure) residential area.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>For years, this very rule has been a major bone of contention in the expansion of renewable energies and wind power in North Rhine-Westphalia.
