Project presentation NL Hamburg: Development of Semiramis business park<\/h1>\n

In the south of L\u00fcbeck along Kronsforder Landstra\u00dfe and south of the A20 motorway, KWL GmbH, a subsidiary of the Hanseatic City of L\u00fcbeck, is currently developing a new commercial area - the Semiramis commercial park. The development of the new commercial areas is expected to begin in 2021 in a first section with around 35 hectares net area in the south-eastern area of Kronsforder Landstra\u00dfe.<\/p>\n

The development of a second section (approx. 30 ha) on the opposite side of Kronsforder Landstra\u00dfe is then to begin in the following years.<\/p>\n

M&P is overseeing the site development on behalf of KWL and, since the start of the project in 2017, has been commissioned with the project management for the development of the commercial area, for which the existing land use plan is to be amended and a new development plan is to be drawn up.<\/p>\n
