Introduction of new employees:
Lars Hansen in Hamburg<\/h1>\n

We are pleased to introduce our new colleague Lars Hansen. Lars has been supporting our team in Hamburg as a project manager for a few weeks now.<\/i><\/p>\n

Lars completed his Bachelor's degree in Geological Sciences (specialisation: hydrogeology) at the Freie Universit\u00e4t in Berlin. Before starting his Master's degree, he went to Mexico for three months to work as an intern at the CICESE research institute. A highlight was the 3-week excursion in the south of Mexico to investigate geothermal activities. Back in Germany, Lars completed another internship at IGB Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH (Berlin location) in the field of geotechnics. <\/i><\/p>\n

For his Master's degree, Lars went to RWTH Aachen University, where he completed his degree in Applied Geosciences (Hydrogeology\/Engineering Geology\/Geophysics). In his Master's thesis, he used 3D-GeoModeller to develop a 3D model of a study area near R\u00fcthen (NRW) to gain a better understanding of the subsurface and groundwater conditions. In addition to his master's degree, he worked as a geotechnical assistant at GEOSERVICE <\/i>Soltenborn<\/i> GmbH. For subsoil and contaminated site investigations, Lars carried out pile driving and pile core probing, soil gas sampling and surveying. <\/i><\/p>\n

Most recently, Lars worked as a project manager in the area of contaminated sites and subsurface contamination, deconstruction concepts and disposal management for <\/i>GeoConsult<\/i> Hamburg GbR in Hamburg.\u00a0 <\/i><\/p>\n
