D\u00fcsseldorf - Subsoil investigation for new living space<\/b><\/h1>\n

The D\u00fcsseldorf metropolitan area continues to be attractive and the desire for one's own four walls is more current than ever before. In the extreme south of Duisburg, another 100 detached or attached single-family homes with basements are therefore being built at Alter Angerbach. Construction of the houses is scheduled to begin as early as the second quarter of 2021.<\/p>\n

Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH is currently supporting the real estate developer in the planning for the development of the area that was previously used for agricultural purposes. For this purpose, in addition to small pile-driving boreholes to obtain sample material and to determine the soil structure, pile-driving soundings were also carried out to determine the density of the individual soil layers.<\/p>\n

Taking into account the planned development and in combination with research on current and historical groundwater levels as well as other information relevant to the client, the subsoil expertise is then prepared. On the basis of the evaluation, M&P will finally issue a foundation recommendation which will serve as a basis for decision-making for the other specialist offices involved and enable the preparation of an implementation plan. Chemical analyses of the soil samples obtained make it possible to estimate the quality of the excavated soil in advance during the construction phase and to ensure proper recycling of the soil material.<\/p>\n

Mull und Partner also supports the real estate developer in the further course of the project in the event of any queries or planning changes that may arise.<\/p>\n
