New housing in D\u00fcsseldorf-Angermund: support and advice from M&P D\u00fcsseldorf<\/strong><\/h1>\n

In D\u00fcsseldorf-Angermund, a total of 17 condominiums and eight townhouses, including an underground car park with 34 parking spaces, are currently being built on an area of approx. 3,100 m\u00b2. As early as 2017, Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft D\u00fcsseldorf prepared a pollutant register for the former buildings on the Graf-Engelbert-Stra\u00dfe site as well as a deconstruction and disposal concept.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, investigations of the external areas and the preparation of an excavation and recycling concept for the excavated earth of the future underground car park construction pit were carried out, as well as the planning and tendering of the required shoring along Graf-Engelbert-Stra\u00dfe and the adjacent footpath and cycle path.<\/p>\n

Due to the small distances between the groundwater level and the bottom of the excavation pit, it was also necessary to plan and tender a construction dewatering system for the period of the earthworks and the subsequent building construction and to provide support during the extraction.<\/p>\n

The employees of the D\u00fcsseldorf branch accompanied and advised the client, PLB Immobilien Eins GmbH, in all phases of the project, as well as supporting the technical exchange and the necessary coordination with authorities and executing companies.<\/p>\n

The civil engineering work has been completed in the meantime and the building construction work is progressing rapidly, so that the planned completion is expected at the beginning of 2022.<\/p>\n
