Demolition planning of the former school site Billwerder Stra\u00dfe in Hamburg<\/strong><\/h1>\n

A new school is to be founded on the school grounds in Billwerder Stra\u00dfe, Hamburg, which have been vacant for several years and temporarily used as accommodation for refugees. There are currently still eight buildings on the approx. 15,300 m\u00b2 site that need to be demolished.<\/p>\n

In the first step, Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH supported SBH | Schulbau Hamburg in the implementation of the design and approval planning according to the specifications of the AHO publication series No. 18. This laid a foundation for the further planning services and the tender. In the second step, the preparation for execution was continued in coordination with the project management\/project control of the SBH.<\/p>\n

The project is currently in the tendering phase. The clearing work has been commissioned and has already been carried out, as clearing work must be completed by 28 February each year in accordance with the tree protection statutes of the Free Hanseatic City of Hamburg.<\/p>\n

M&P accompanies the deconstruction work starting in May 2021 in the form of monitoring as well as documentation of the construction activities. Handover of the cleared property is planned for September 2021.<\/p>\n
