Deconstruction planning and support for Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER)<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH supports Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH in the development of the airport site and the implementation of the master plan. Deconstruction concepts and plans are being developed for the buildings and structures scheduled for deconstruction. This is based on a detailed building survey supported by sampling and laboratory analysis.<\/p>\n

In addition to the necessary coordination with the technical parties involved and the authorities, we accompany the deconstruction and, if required, provide the safety and health protection coordinator (SiGeKo) as well as the ecological construction supervision on the construction site.<\/p>\n

An infrastructural model was developed for the BER real estate and investment location within the project Masterplan BER 2040. It identifies areas for the development of the airside and landside quarters and their main uses. The master plan sets impulses and the framework for the economic and structural development of the region as well as the orderly urban development of the infrastructure and real estate development at the Berlin Brandenburg Airport site.<\/p>\n

The guiding ideas are the creation of a central and flexible infrastructure, the development of the Airport City as an urban place, the establishment of a secure and economical media infrastructure, the creation of networked mobility and intermodal connectivity, as well as sustainability and digitalisation as an opportunity for the future of a smart BER.<\/p>\n
